About First Control
First Control is a family-owned company focused on delivering industrial control systems using the latest advancements in control technology. We introduced the first truly adaptive control system on the market based on self-tuning principles more than 20 years ago. Since then, we have delivered over 50 adaptive and self-learning control systems in more than 50 complex projects, achieving improvements in accuracy and efficiency of 50–75%.
We have now taken the next step by introducing the XC05Edge, one of the first standard edge computers on the market that allows ordinary process engineers to combine automation and control with AI and other advanced functions. The XC05Edge is also a full-scale ICS/PLC system, built on low-cost standard electronics but offering performance on par with the most powerful control systems on the market
